Danielle Egnew is the Founder and CEO of Crossfade Energy. As a child, she dreamed of becoming an astronaut, viewing the sky not as a limit, but as a launchpad — a philosophy that now drives her work bringing together talented teams to develop exceptional energy and propulsion technologies at the leading edge of innovation.
 

A Futurist and Patterm Recognition Specialist, Danielle has assisted multiple companies in emassing multi-million dollar revenue growth annually. Her instincts in innovation and timely execution of disruptive modalities have aided companies across genres including Healchcare, Insurance, Entertainment, U.S. Government Departments,   

A veteran of the acoustic sciences, Danielle has applied her expertise across a remarkable range of disciplines since 1987, including spectral pattern analysis for SETI (work that contributed to the redirection of the Allen Telescope Array), recording studio design, audio engineering and production, sound therapy for physical rehabilitation and trauma recovery, and frequency placement and audio hardware routing for console games approved by the Montana Gaming Commission. Most recently, she was part of a team awarded a $50,000 grant from the Montana Film Board.
 

An award-winning entrepreneur, Danielle has founded and led businesses across Montana, California, Wyoming, and Washington State, earning recognition through magazine cover stories, national news coverage (USA Today, OK! Magazine, The Washington Post, The Huffington Post), and features in Billboard-published books. She also hosts the weekly podcast InPsight Radio, distributed across all major streaming platforms.

Rebecca Douglas is Chief Operations Officer of Crossfade Energy, bringing extensive expertise in insurance, liability, and employment compliance to the company's operational leadership. A licensed insurance producer in Montana, Rebecca is highly versed in property and casualty, as well as insurance and liability proceedures, giving her a strong command of risk management and regulatory compliance across the business.

A former business owner, Rebecca built and led an award-winning company, employing a substantial team while contributing meaningfully to her local community. Her entrepreneurial success reflects a deep understanding of business structure, operational efficiency, and sustainable profitability. She is well-versed in Montana employment law and brings hands-on experience navigating operational and liability procedures, including contractor and employee management, ensuring Crossfade Energy operates with sound structure and compliance at every level.

Kristen Coyner is a seasoned financial executive with nearly two decades of experience leading accounting, audit, tax, and financial operations for multi-million dollar organizations.

She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of a $40 million enterprise, where she oversees multi-location budgets, manages employee teams, and ensures full compliance with complex tax regulations. She now brings this proven financial leadership to Crossfade Energy as Chief Financial Officer, applying nearly two decades of hands-on experience — including large-scale building projects and seven-figure business expansions — to support the company's continued growth. Kristen holds a Master of Accounting from New England College and is a CPA Candidate.

Melissa Scianna is a marketing and communications executive with extensive experience in brand strategy, public relations, social media, and logistics for high-profile organizations. She most recently contributed to marketing and logistics for a multi-million dollar regenerative and sustainable ranch, and now brings this expertise to Crossfade Energy as Chief Marketing Officer.
 

Melissa's career includes managing the Public Relations Department for The Goodman Group's Billings, MT properties and serving as Public Relations Director for Beartooth Hospital in Red Lodge, MT. She also spent several years working with Montana communities on economic and infrastructure development, giving her a strong foundation in public engagement and strategic communication. Her ability to build compelling, well-positioned communication helped secure in exceess of 5.5M in grants across multiple organizations, reflecting the same strategic messaging and resource-acquisition skills she applies to marketing initiatives today.

Patrick Bjorndal brings 37 years of expertise in project coordination and safety leadership within construction engineering, overseeing multimillion-dollar building endeavors since 1984. His projects have achieved Platinum and Silver LEED ratings, and he has authored multiple SWPPP reports across Montana and North Dakota, consistently upgrading and upholding superior safety standards across a range of companies and projects.
 

Patrick's extensive career spans managing large crews, cross-checking project submittals, authoring ISNetworld Safety Programs, coordinating with field personnel on AutoCAD point files for surveying projects, and designing and drawing concrete forming systems.

His comprehensive safety credentials include the MSHA 24-hour course (completed twice), OSHA 10 and current OSHA 30 certifications, Certified DER and Supervisor Training on Reasonable Suspicion per DOT requirements, rigging and material handling certification, and instructor-level certification in PEC SafeSEA/SafeLand programs, alongside specialized training in Zero Tolerance Safety, Crane and Rigging Safety, Zero Tolerance Safety Management, and Aerial Lift Safety.

Paul Tarmann is Vice President of Oil and Gas Technology at Crossfade Energy, bringing 38 years of upstream oil and gas production chemistry experience since 1982 across a broad range of high-profile applications spanning all major operating basins worldwide. His expertise reflects a deep understanding of the geological and chemical similarities across sandstone, carbonate, and shale production, along with a clear operating philosophy: managing water-related challenges first typically resolves the majority of other production issues tied to water impacts.
 

Paul is also CEO and Founder of Tellerus Corporation, which he established to bring award-winning Disruptive Physics Technology into the upstream oil and gas industry, challenging the conventional reliance on continual feed treatment chemicals. This new best practice has redefined industry standards, delivering up to 40% lower chemical costs while improving treatment performance by more than 300%. He now applies this same innovative approach to chemical technology in his role at Crossfade Energy.

Misha Stempel has taught mathematical expression and interpretation for over 30 years, specializing in translating complex mathematical concepts into clear, precise language.

A graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Mathematics and a Master's degree in Mathematics from Stanford, Misha brings deep expertise in mathematical structure and communication to Crossfade Energy's R&D definitions process, helping ensure technical concepts are articulated with clarity and precision as the company expands its industry applications.
